- How can I borrow materials?
- Please bring the materials you want to borrow to the counter. You will need to show your student ID card.
- Can I borrow music CDs, DVDs, and videos?
- You can borrow these materials. Please note that some materials cannot be borrowed outside the library due to copyright restrictions.
- Can I borrow magazines?
- Borrowing magazines are not allowed. Please make a photocopy of the necessary part of the magazine.
- What is the maximum number of books I can borrow and for how many days?

Students can borrow up to 30 books at a time for a 3-week period.

- Can I extend the loan period?
- You can extend the loan period on the Web if the materials have not been reserved by anyone.
- Are there any penalties for overdue materials?
- If you have overdue materials, you will not be able to borrow any other materials until you return them. Once they are returned, you will be able to borrow the next material.
- Can I borrow materials from Toyosu Library at Omiya Library?

Yes. Please apply for the ordering procedure at the Omiya Library counter or on the web.
Conversely, you can order materials from Omiya Library to Toyosu Library. - I forgot my student ID card. Can I use my friend's student ID card to borrow books?
- You can’t borrow materials with your friend's student ID card. In addition, lending a borrowed book to another is strictly prohibited. Users who borrow materials are fully responsible for any stains, overdue payments, or loss of materials. Please keep borrowed materials responsibly.
- Do you have a long-term loan service during summer and winter vacations?
- Yes. You can borrow books longer than usual. Details will be posted on the library bulletin board and website.
